岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
1,Leader of the mid,high power growth initiative by closing working with peers, build strong pipeline for new opportunity , working out regional sales strategy for new market penetration and new product selling, help to building the market intelligence for IPG Beijing
2,Key mid,high power account management (existing and oversea transferred) of responsible region
3,Grow the business by target OEM, system integrators with good sales plan
4,Collecting market and competitive information
5,Familiar with related product and application, provide basic support to customer, coordination with service team to improve our service capability and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1,Bachelors degree in an engineering is preferred
2,Strong apprenticeship grounding in a relevant industry – material processing
3,Proven record of successful conversion of OEM accounts
4,Demonstrated use of professional selling techniques
5,teamwork and communications with customers, customer service and engineering
6,Effective time management and personal organization
7,Problem solving skill
8,Initiative: Shows passion for his/her role within the company. Has a sense of urgency and is focused on results. Demonstrates the ability to translate plans into results in a timely fashion. Looks for efficient and cost effective ways to do his/her job. Offers suggestions to solve problems or improve operations.
